An annual English Garden
Tour and Victorian Tea the principal fundraiser for the Garden Project.
It is a self-guided tour of several lovely gardens, including a "Victorian Tea"
served on the lawns of one of the most beautiful tour gardens.
Piping hot scones, imported teas, delicious finger sandwiches and dainty deserts
are offered by costumed "Victorian" servers on delicate china in a romantic
garden setting. Personal touches assure
that each ticket holder feels like an honored guest at a Victorian tea
party.
In order to preserve the unique flavor and character of the event, tickets must
be limited. Each year, however, the group has grown and more expertise added
from the community so that each tea becomes a special event.
